How do you keep products fresh?
We store products properly, restock often and check dates before packing. Perishable items are packed to stay fresh on the way to you.
Are your products pure?
We work with producers and suppliers we trust, and each product page tells you where it comes from and what is in it.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka we usually deliver within 1–3 working days, and outside Dhaka within 3–5 working days. We call to confirm your order before it ships.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Any online payment options (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) are shown at checkout.
What if something arrives damaged or expired?
Please check your items when they arrive. If anything is damaged, leaking or past its date, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
