These terms apply to every order placed with Test Super Shop on shop.octopi-digital.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we have accepted it — usually by phone or SMS. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot verify the order. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. You can pay cash on delivery or with the other payment methods shown at checkout, where available.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners. Delivery times shown on shop.octopi-digital.com are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.

Products

We try to show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes or measurements may vary a little.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Use of this website

The content of shop.octopi-digital.com — text, images and logos — belongs to Test Super Shop or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Please don't misuse the website, place fake orders or try to interfere with how it works.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Test Super Shop is not liable for indirect losses arising from using this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
